How detailed should the description be?
Enough for us to understand the flow of work. A few paragraphs and a sample document are usually a good start.
What if we don’t know how to describe the process?
Describe one concrete job from start to finish, for example a single order. We will ask about the rest.
Who sees the data we send?
The description is used only by CROATELA to review your process. If you send sensitive documents, you can remove names and amounts first.
Is this the same as a quote?
No. The review shows where there is room for improvement. A quote follows only if you decide to continue and the scope is clear.
