What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we store what you enter:
- your name, company name, e-mail and (if provided) phone number
- business details: industry, number of employees, revenue range, website
- the description of your process, problems and systems
With each inquiry we also record the time it was sent, the country it was sent from (derived from the IP address, which itself is not stored) and the browser type, to detect abuse of the form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal or quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@croatela.com.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to two years after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data for the duration of our work together and as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
Who else processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, the database that stores inquiries (located in Europe) and protection of the form against automated spam (Turnstile).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. See theCookie policy.
Both providers may transfer data to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or share it with others for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Send your request to info@croatela.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
