How we protect your system
The system is a web application, available from anywhere, but behind several layers of protection. An attack has to get through every one of them.
Cloudflare in front of the server
Filters suspicious traffic, stops DDoS attacks and hides the server’s real address.
Server in the EU
Closed to everything except Cloudflare, with regular security updates.
Secure sign-in
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app on the phone, bot protection, lockout after too many failed attempts and an alert when someone signs in from a new device.
Permissions and audit trail
Everyone sees only their part of the work, and every change shows who made it and when. If you want, access only from your office.
Backups
Automatic, several times a day, stored off the server, with the option to restore an earlier state.

Business changes. The system is extended through the subscription, without a new program and without starting over.

What does business software maintenance include?

Is a web system secure?
A web system is no less secure than a program installed in the office, as long as it is set up and maintained well. Cloudflare sits in front of the server, sign-in uses two-factor verification and limited attempts, everyone sees only their part, and backups run automatically several times a day.
Where is our data and who owns it?
On a server in the EU, behind Cloudflare. The data is yours, and you can export it whenever you want.
Do you take over maintenance of existing systems?
It depends on the system. After reviewing the code and infrastructure we will tell you whether it can be maintained or a different approach makes sense.
