CRM that follows your sales process.

CRM is where sales manages customers: who got in touch, what they were offered, who calls them next and when. It is built around how your sales team actually works.

What CRM covers

  • Leads

An inquiry from the web, e-mail or phone becomes a record and is assigned to a sales rep. No inquiry is left forgotten in someone’s inbox.

  • Customers and contacts

Companies, people, payment terms and discounts in one place. When a sales rep changes, the customer doesn’t start over.

  • Quotes

A quote is built from the price list and this customer’s terms. You can see which was sent, which is waiting and which was accepted.

  • Sales process

The sales stages are your stages, not someone else’s. Management sees what is at which stage without a separate report.

  • Activities and reminders

Calls, meetings and agreements are logged on the customer. The system reminds you of the next step before it is forgotten.

  • Communication history

E-mails, notes and documents are linked to the customer. Whoever takes over sees what was agreed.

CRM as part of the whole system

CRM is worth most when it isn’t an island. Connected to operations, sales works with real data.

  • Stock in the quote

A sales rep sees real stock and delivery dates while writing the quote. Nobody promises what the warehouse can’t deliver.

  • From quote to order

An accepted quote becomes an order without retyping. Quantities, prices and dates move to operations.

  • Customer status

Orders, deliveries and open items are visible on the customer. Sales knows who they are talking to before they call.

  • Documents

Quotes, contracts and letters are generated from the system and stay with the customer. Nobody has to search through folders.

  • Integrations

The CRM connects to e-mail, the webshop, an existing ERP and accounting. Data flows both ways.

When a custom CRM makes sense

  • Sales doesn’t follow a template

Long sales cycles, technical quotes, costing or several approval levels. The system follows the steps you have.

  • Data is scattered

Customers in Excel, quotes in folders, agreements in e-mail. The CRM brings them into one place.

  • Operations already has a system

If the warehouse and purchasing already run in another program, the CRM connects to it instead of replacing it.

  • AI, where it helps

Long correspondence with a customer can be summarised in a few sentences. Useful when a new sales rep takes over the account.

Frequently asked questions

Can a CRM work without an ERP?

Yes. A CRM can be built as a standalone system and later connected to operations or extended into a complete business system.

Can we move our existing customers and contacts?

Data from Excel, an old CRM or an ERP is migrated as part of the rollout. Before migration it is reviewed together with you and duplicates are cleaned up.

Can sales reps use the CRM in the field?

Yes. The CRM can have a mobile app or a mobile-friendly view, so a visit is logged right after the meeting.

How much does a custom CRM cost?

The price depends on scope, processes and integrations. There is no price list, only an individual quote once your sales process is understood.
