Your system: Every department works in the same system. Data is entered once and everyone who needs it sees it.
An order arrives by e-mail. The price is checked in Excel. The warehouse hears about it by phone, and the invoice is typed in by hand again.
Every re-typing costs someone an hour and is another chance for a wrong price, quantity or address.
Sales can’t see stock, the warehouse doesn’t know the promised date, and management sees the numbers only after month-end.
When a key person is on holiday, work waits. When they leave the company, part of the process leaves with them.
In most companies sales works in one program and operations in another, with e-mail in between. We build them as one system.

A sales rep sees real stock and delivery dates while writing the quote. The warehouse knows what was sold before anyone sends an e-mail.
An example of one order moving through the system. Choose a step to see what happens at that moment.
An inquiry from the web, e-mail or phone becomes a record on the customer right away. Nobody retypes it or digs through inboxes.
The quote is built from the price list, this customer’s discount and real stock. It is sent from the system and stays in the customer’s history.
An accepted quote becomes an order in one click. Quantities and dates move to operations without retyping.
For a line that is short, the system proposes a purchase order to the supplier with the exact missing quantity.
The warehouse gets a pick list sorted by location. Every pick updates the stock that sales sees too.
The driver sees the route and documents in a mobile app, and the customer signs the delivery note on screen.
The invoice comes from what was delivered, not from what was typed again. The data goes to accounting with no extra entry.
A presentation example. Every system we build follows the steps your company actually has.
You don’t have to start with everything. Most companies begin with the part that hurts most, and the system grows once that part proves itself.
Reading documents, summarising customer communication, extracting data from invoices and delivery notes. We add it only where it saves real time.
In companies where one job passes through many hands, from the first inquiry to delivery and invoice.
From order to delivery without manual work.
From quote to finished product.
From inquiry and costing to production and delivery.
Every project, site and cost in one place.
From the customer’s call to a closed work order.
From buying a vehicle to selling it.
Most of a good system is decided before the first line of code.
More about the processWe get to know the company, the people and what is bothering you. No sales pitch: you talk, we ask.
We walk through real workflows, documents and the tools you use today, and write down where time is lost and why.
You get a system description and screen sketches. We change them on paper until they fit the way you work.
We build in phases. Each phase is in use before the next one starts, alongside the tools you keep.
We maintain and extend the system as the company changes. We don’t disappear after handover.
It depends on your process. If it fits an off-the-shelf product well, that is often the right choice, and we will tell you so.

You don’t have to throw out your ERP or accounting software. The system connects to them and takes over only what is missing.
