Every vehicle with its own costs and margin
Purchasing, reconditioning, listings, leads, test drives and paperwork are kept on the vehicle. In the end you see what each vehicle really earned.

Where it gets stuck
Margin is known only at year-end
The purchase price is known, but servicing, paintwork, tyres, valeting and transport are scattered across invoices. Real profit per vehicle stays hidden.
Leads get lost between listings and the phone
Buyers reach out through several listing sites, call and walk into the showroom. Nobody sees which inquiry has been handled and who owes whom a call.
A vehicle sits and nobody notices
Days in stock aren’t tracked per vehicle. Money stays tied up in cars whose price should have been changed long ago.
Paperwork is gathered at the last minute
Contract, invoices, registration, financing and the trade-in are handled from several folders. The buyer waits while everything is found.
What the flow looks like in the system
An example flow. We adapt the steps to how your company actually works.
01 Purchase
The vehicle enters the system on purchase with VIN, equipment, condition and purchase price. A trade-in is handled the same way as buying from a supplier.
02 Costs
Every invoice for servicing, parts, transport or paintwork is tied to that exact vehicle. Its cost builds up as it happens, not at year-end.
03 Reconditioning
Reconditioning orders show what has been done and what is still pending. Sales sees when the vehicle is ready to hand over.
04 Listing
Vehicle data and photos are entered once and used for listings and your own website. A price change doesn’t mean updating every place by hand.
05 Lead
Inquiries from listings, the web, the phone and the showroom come in as leads linked to the vehicle. Each has an owner and a next step.
06 Test drive
Slot, vehicle and driver details are recorded against the buyer. After the drive the salesperson knows whom to call and when.
07 Sale
The offer covers the trade-in, financing and extras. Margin per vehicle is visible before signing, not after.
08 Paperwork
The contract, invoices and registration documents are generated from vehicle and buyer data. Everything stays in the vehicle’s history.

Frequently asked questions
We sell new and used vehicles. Do we need two systems?
No. New and used vehicles can follow different flows, for example in purchasing, trade-ins and reconditioning, while sharing the same CRM, sales and paperwork.
We also run a workshop. Can it be connected?
Yes. The workshop can handle reconditioning for sales as an internal work order, so the cost lands on the vehicle by itself.
Can we bring over our current stock and customer base?
Yes. Data from spreadsheets or your current program is migrated during roll-out. How much cleaning it needs, we’ll see once we look at it.
